OUR POLICY:

• A £20 non-refundable booking fee is required and will be deducted from your treatment total. The remaining balance must be paid in CASH only.

• Please arrive ready for your lash appointment without any makeup or heavy moisturisers ( also Serums, creams and SPF around eye area) on your face and attend your appointment alone.

• Appointments can be scheduled up to 5 weeks in advance. The shop address will be provided at the bottom of your confirmation email.

RESCHEDULING AND LATENESS:

• 48 hours notice is required to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Your deposit is non refundable but you can reschedule your appointment as long as it is done in the correct notice period.

• Late arrival is subject to the availability of your service provider, we will always try to accommodate but cannot run over your scheduled appointment time.

INFILLS:

• Infills need to be booked up 2-3 weeks after your initial appointment , the time varies from person to person but you must have at least 50% of your lashes remaining to qualify for an infill. Please answer yes in the question box when booking your appointment to confirm.

If you are unsure about the condition of your lashes or when an infill is needed, please contact me and provide photos of your lashes on WhatsApp - 07985161454

Please note, I am unable to infill work done by other lash technicians. If your current lashes were applied elsewhere, please book the 'lash removal' add-on along with a full set.
